Zusammenfassung: | The CMOS pulse generator produces output pulses of constant length in response to control signals; and consists of a chain of three NAND-gates (or a chain of 3 NOR-gates), capacitors, resistors and diodes that can be readily fabricated using CMOS techniques onto a single chip. Two (No, Ni) of the NAND-gates form a monostable flip-flip with the RC element (RI-Cl) between the output of one and input of the other. (There is positive feedback between these two gates). A delay line, consisting of further RC elements (R4-C2), connects the output of the flip-flop to the third NAND-gate (N2): the latter produces the generator output pulses. |
