Zusammenfassung:Adenosines of formula (I): (where R1 and R2 are identical and are cyclopropyl, phenyl or benzyl, or R1 is CH3 and R2 is cyclopropylmethyl, cyclohexylmethyl, cyclooctylmethyl, 3-cyclohexenylmethyl, 6-methyl-3-cyclohexenyl-methyl, 5-norbornene-2-ylmethyl, 4-dimethylamino-benzyl, 2-chloro- 4-dimethylaminobenzyl or diphenylmethyl), e.g. N6 - (1-methyl-2-cyclopropyl-ethyl)-adenosine, and their acid addn. salts was pharmacologically tolerable acids are new cpds. (I) are well tolerated hypolipaemic agents which can be used for lowering elevated blood levels of cholesterol and neutral fats.
