Zusammenfassung: | A vibratory finishing machine for e.g. ball bearings has an annular container, U shaped in cross section supported on a base with the vibratory mechanism alongside. The U shaped trough has a vertical inner face and an outer face which curves inwards top and bottom. Into this fits a unit with a set of radial arms from which hang plates, so that on assembly, the trough is divided up into compartments. The plates are rectangular, so that there is formed an uninterrupted ring enclosed by the outer curved face of the trought. At the outer end of each arm is a roller which locates in an open trough shaped rim around the main trough so that the divider unit is supported by rollers. At the extreme end, beyond the roller, each arm is hooked, and carries a locking screw to lock the arm against the rim of the secondary trough. |
