1420605 Fungicidal composition BRITISH PETROLEUM CO Ltd 18 Oct 1973 [27 Oct 1972] 49575/72 Heading ASE Systemic fungicidal compositions comprise a systemic fungicide and a mineral oil having a viscosity of 1 to 50 centistokes at 100‹F, in a proportion of 1 to 750 grams of fungicide per litre of oil. The mineral oil has a synergistic effect with systemic fungicides. The fungicide may be 2, 6-dimethyl-4-tridecyl morpholine, methyl N-[(1-butylcarbamoyl)-2-benzimidazole] carbamate, 5-n-butyl-2-methylamino-4-hydroxy-6-methylpyrimidine, 5-n-butyl- 2-ethyl-amino-4-hydroxy-6 - methylpyrimidine, 2-(4'-thiazolyl) benzimidazole, 5, 6, 7, 8-tetrachloroquinoxaline, 1-(3, 4-dichloroanilino)-1- formylamino-2, 2, 2-trichloroethane, 2, 3-dihydro-6-methyl-5-phenyl carbamoyl-1, 4-oxathiin-4, 4-dioxide, 2, 3-dihydro-6-methyl-5- phenyl carbamoyl-1, 4-oxathiin or 1, 4-di (2, 2, 2-trichloro-1-formamidoethyl) piperazine. Growing plants may be sprayed with the compositions or the compositions m'ay be dispersed in water and used for spraying growing plants to reduce fungicidal attack.
