Zusammenfassung: | A dough kneading machine consists of two circular horizontal overlapping chambers, each with a kneading element which are kept in a contrarotating motion. Each kneading element has a rectangular section with a triangle at each end. This section is slightly twisted in the longitudinal direction from one end to the other. Each element has on one triangle one face end a quadrant cutout, and on the other triangle a quadrant cutout at the other face end. The advantages are intensive kneading action; specially high work input per unit vol. dough converted to the rheological optimum. |
