Zusammenfassung:Roll press for dewatering skins, hides, leather etc., with two small diameter working rolls leaving a gap between them and a support device producing the compression pressure and lying against the work rolls opposite to the gap, the novel feature of this arrangement being that at least one of the working rolls is of resilient construction and that the compression pressure is applied at separate positions arranged uniformly along the length of the working roll. Specif. the support device comprises a series of uniformly spaced support rolls.
