Zusammenfassung:	A thermoplastic resin is prepd. by prepn. of a soln. from (a) a non-polar rubbery polymer with iodine No. 2-40, (b) an aromatic vinyl monomer and (c) an aliphatic vinyl monomer of formula CH2=C(R)X (where R = H, Me or Et and X = Cn, COOH, COOMe, orCOOEt) in an org. solvent for (a), followed by dispersion and suspension of the soln. in an aq. medium, prior to suspension polymsn. in the presence of an initiator. The resins have good impact strength and weather stability.
