Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:1349513 Reactive dyestuffs IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 21 April 1971 [15 May 1970] 23695/70 Heading C4P Fibre reactive dyes of the dioxazine series have the general formula wherein v and w each have a value of from 0-2 and together have a value of at least 1; n has a value of from 1-2; A represents Cl, Br, -OR1, -NRR2, -SR1 or SO 3 H; B represents Cl, Br or a group of formula wherein is the residue of an aliphatic, araliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic diamine, A1 and B1 independently represent Cl, Br, SO 3 H, -OR1 -NRR1 or -SR1; at least one of A, A1 and B1 representing Cl, Br or SO 3 H; each R independently represents H or an optionally substituted alkyl group; each R1 independently represents H or an optionally substituted alkyl or aryl group and each R2 independently represents H, an optionally substituted alkyl group or an aryl group which if substituted carries at least one SO 3 H and/or CO 2 H group attached to a carbon atom of an aromatic ring and optionally further substituents. They are prepared by reacting the corresponding diamine (i.e. -NHR) dioxazine with (a) cyanuric chloride or bromide and where A and B are other than Cl or Br then these substituents are introduced into the triazine nucleus before or after reaction with the diamino dioxazine or (b) a bis-triazine compound. Other preparations are (i) by reacting a compound of the formula first given above where B is Cl or Br with a compound RHN-Q-N(R)- triazine or (ii) by reacting a compound of the formula first given above where B is with a triazine compound. The dyes dye cellulose materials in blue and blue-violet shades. Example 1 describes the preparation of 2,9- diamino - 6,13 - dichlorotriphendioxazine and Example 155 the N,N1-dimethyl derivative.
