Zusammenfassung: | The heat exchanger has pipes, and ribs, at right angles to the pipes. The ribs have apertures, surrounded by flanges, which are press-connected to the pipes. The ribs have turbulence generators, of the same material, for the heat exchange medium flowing between them. The turbulence generators consist of flaps, which are bent out of the rib material. The flap ends are bent back downwards onto the ribs, and the flaps may be bent through 180 deg., and they may extend parallel to and contact the ribs. The flaps, and the sections of the ribs they cover, form a profiled cross-section in the direction of flow. |
