Zusammenfassung: | The electro-optical light modulator has a crystal whose surfaces are provided with a humidity protection layer of magnesium fluoride. In order to modulate the radiation by giant pulse lasers, electrodes of indium oxide having a surface resistance of 2-5 kohms/cm2 are formed on two sides of the crystal cube. A layer of magnesium fluoride is evaporated on the electrodes in such a thickness hat the total thickness of the two layers on the light entry and light exit sides of the crystal cube causes in each case a 2/4 match. The crysal is made of potassium dihydrogen phosphate. |
