Power switch with visible switch position display provided by switch release indication visible through window in switch housing upon operation of switch release mechanism

The power switch has a switch housing (12) with a network terminal (14) and a load terminal (16) and a window (72) through which a switch release indication (70) is visible, when the switch release mechanism (26), connected between the network terminal and the load terminal, is operated. The switch release mechanism (26) has a rotary wiper (22), a movable armature latch (28) and a pivoted release element (24) provided with the switch release indication, visible through the window (72). Beim Auftreten einer Auslösebedingung in dem Leistungsschalter bewegt sich die Auslöseanzeige von einer ersten Stellung, in welcher sie durch das Fenster nicht sichtbar ist, in eine zweite Stellung, wo sie durch das Fenster sichtbar ist.
