Zusammenfassung:	Each half of the sun vizor's body has fusible cellular material particles. Each half has a compressible outer layer forming at least part of the outer surface, and an inner layer forming at least part of the inner surface and manufactured by heating of the fusible cellular particles of the inner layer on the inner surface in a fluid state without the additional use of pressure, in order to form the inner layer with a structural strength which is greater than that of the compressible outer layer and is sufficient to create an inner structural mounting for the sun vizor. Eine Sonnenschutzblende (10) ist aus zwei Hälften (58, 60) geformt, die aus verschmolzenen Schaumstoffteilchen bestehen.
