Zusammenfassung:	The appliance consists of a stand (31) with pedals, which are pivoted against a force about a pivot axis located between ball and heel of the foot. The force is elastic or elastically loaded. The pedals are connected to the stand via elastic elements, e.g. plastic/natural rubber, springs, etc. The pivot axis supplied by a shaft (3), which is held elastically turnable in a module. The module is a connection unit with brake effect, and consists of a holder part fastened to a counter stand, and a support part for the shaft.
