Zusammenfassung: | An integrated synthesis and analysis method comprising a carrier body supplied with fluid containing receptors for synthesis of polymer receptors, with time and/or location specific immobilization of the receptors at different points on the carrier body, to provide different channels, before bringing it into contact with the sample, with subsequent analysis of the obtained products, is new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an integrated synthesis and analysis device; (2) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for sample analysis; an application of a synthesis and analysis method for sequencing nucleic acids; (3) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for de novo-sequencing or re-sequencing of genetic material; (4) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for patient diagnosis; (5) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for analysis of pharmaceutical samples; (6) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for analysis of file samples; and (7) an application of a synthesis and analysis method for identification of individuals within a population.
