Zusammenfassung:	A starting-current-limited commutator motor includes a motor-specific, esp. within the motor, control device (OS;IN;KE;VE) automatically activated by an external terminal of the motor (M) for its supply voltage, for limiting the motor current (Im) at start-up. An integrator control signal (S2) rising between a lower starting-point value and an upper final value is used for starting current limitation, specifically by corresponding modulation (PWM) esp. clocking of a delay unit (VE) for the commutator motor (M). Zur einfachen Begrenzung des Motorstroms (I¶M¶) im Motoranlauf ist eine motoreigene, insbesondere motorinnere, jeweils bei externem Anschluß des Kommutatormotors an seine Speisespannungsquelle (U; GND) mitaktivierbare Regel- bzw. Steuervorrichtung (OS; IN; KO; VE) vorgesehen, die zweckmäßigerweise entsprechend einem zeitlich ansteigenden Integrator-Steuersignal (S2) zunehmende Stromflußzeiten für den über Bürsten (B1; B2) eingespeisten Motorstrom (I¶M¶) vorgibt.
