Zusammenfassung:	The device has a locking screw (4) with a threaded bore (5) and at least one carrier element. A releasable support hub (11) holds the implant (1) in a container. A ratchet insert (23) is releasably but non-rotatably connected to the implant. An adapter (6) is fastened to the implant by a central screw (8) screwed into the bore of the locking screw, and positively engages the carrier element. The adapter is positively connected to the ratchet insert. A screwdriver (31) engaging the central screw is arranged in the ratchet insert.
