For the entry and exit of passengers from the aircraft bridge cabin has a front roof (1). A floor (4) extends over the complete width of the roof. The undivided floor in the area of its lateral edge has a railing (15). The floor together with the railing is movable crossways to the opening of the front roof under its side wall (2). On the under side of the floor are at least two running rails (5) crossways to the opening of the front roof in which engage support rollers (6) located on support rails (7) of the bridge construction. A motor (9) is incorporated to drive the movement of the floor.
