Thermoplastic molding compositions containing (A) polyalkylene terephthalate and/or polyamide also contain (B) ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer(s) selected from (B-1) phenyl p-hydroxybenzoates (I), (B-2) piperidin-4-yl acrylate/alkyl methacrylate copolymers (II) and (B-3) alkali(ne earth) (hydrogen) phosphates (III). Thermoplastic molding compositions containing polyalkylene terephthalate and/or polyamide also contain ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer(s) selected from: (a) phenyl p-hydroxybenzoates of formula (I); (b) piperidin-4-yl acrylate/alkyl methacrylate copolymers with repeating units of formula (II); and (c) alkali(ne earth) (hydrogen) phosphates (III). at least 2 of R , R , R = branched 3-10C alkyl, otherwise hydrogen (H) or 1-10C alkyl; R = 1-6C alkyl R = a piperidin-4-yl group of formula (IV); R , R , R = H or 1-6C alkyl; An Independent claim is also included for moldings made from the compositions.
