New amino-alkyleneoxide-functional organosilicon compounds containing siloxane units are prepared by reacting an organosilicon compound containing at least one Si-bonded H atom with an amine. The amino-alkyleneoxide-functional organosilicon compounds contain (a) siloxane units of formula RaSi(OR )bO(4-a-b)/2; and (b) units of formula ARcSiO(4-c-1)/2, and/or O(4-c-1)/2RcSi-A -SiRcO(4-c-1)/2.
