A gear box (12) for a propeller (1) is coupled via a belt (11) or cardan joint (13) to the propeller shaft end, and to the transverse axle of front wings (26,27) via axle bearing joints (8,9) and a drive pulley system (10), to drive the mechanism. Front and rear wings (26,27,28,29) are fastened to the bodywork of a conventional motor vehicle, coach, motorcycle, via new connection shafts (3,19) and to mechanical joint bearings (8,9,24,25).
