Wound bobbin fixing device

The device to fix bobbins of wound yarn and twisted strands has a heating station (1) followed by a heat processing station (2). At least the heating station has one or more microwave units (3) and a conveyor (4). The heating station is a channel, with a cross section surface in a polygon or circular shape, as a hollow guide for the microwaves. The heat processing station is a channel with a conveyor. The energy sources (8) are placed in the channel along the line of conveyor movement. A thermo-chamber, between the heating and processing stations, acts as an unheated and thermally insulated section of the stations between them. The position of the bobbins is changed in the chamber, and can act as a stacking container. The conveyor in the stations and chamber is a belt or roller conveyor, suitable for use with microwaves. The chamber can act as a heat finishing station for the heat processing section. The heating station is fed with additional heat, moisture and/or brightening agents. The energy supplies in the heat processing station are microwave radiators, to compensate for heat loss.
