Operation of cooler combination arrangement

Operation comprises alternately defrosting the condensers (1, 2) using the available heat energy from the storage areas with a temperature greater than 0 deg C. The defrosting energy is preferably taken from the storage areas (4) above 0 deg C with the greatest cooling requirement.
