Zusammenfassung: | The diffusion component contains light diffusion layers (11-15), which are layered on top of the other. Each of these diffusion layers contains small hologram zones with volume holograms (11a-e, 12a-c, 13a-d, 14a-c, 15a-3). The volume holograms from zone to zone are orientated in different directions. They are formed by cyclical alteration of the refraction index of an optical transparent medium. The volume holograms refract intensively an incoming beam with a specific wavelength, which at a specific input angle comes in contact with the volume hologram. The special condition for the incoming light is the Bragg condition expressed by the formula kd = ki x beta (1) in which ki is an entry wave vector and kd is a refracted or outlet wave vector. The vector beta is a grid vector or a bending grid vector. |
