Zusammenfassung:	In the production of terrazzo floors, consisting of quartz sand, cement and/or coloured pigment and/or granite sand and/or marble sand and/or washed sand and/or glass beads, a joint-less terrazzo floor can be produced by the addition of synthetic resin, defoamer, fluidity modifier, retarder and/or accelerator in re-dispersible powder form. Also claimed are terrazzo floors, in which (i) the material is produced and laid without joints on-site by addition of water; (ii) the additive powders are prepared as a ready mix and then used for on-site production and laying of the material; or (iii) the entire material is prepared as a ready mix and then laid without joints on-site by addition of water.
