Zusammenfassung:	The ink cartridge (70) has at least three ink chambers (102a-e) separated by interior divisions (103). One ink chamber has a different capacity to the others. Ink feed channels (110a-e) are connected to the ink chambers by passages at the base of the cartridge, each associated with the ink chambers. The ink channels may have the same space between them in a given direction. Three or more ink chambers are arranged in the direction of travel of the cartridge. The difference in volume from one chamber to another is provided by a difference in width in the same orientation as the channels are arranged.
