Zusammenfassung:	The arrangement has at least one main channel (16A etc.) in air transfer communication with the exterior (U) and at least one distribution channel (24) connected to the main channel and to the rooms (28) of the building. The rooms of the building can also communicate with the exterior for air transfer. A ventilation device (36A etc.) associated with the main channel generates or maintains a ventilation pressure which is greater than the value of the external pressure. The ventilation device is controlled by a control unit.
