Zusammenfassung:	The fixing insulator has a metal core (63), installed on a fixed surface, which has a through aperture (75) in the middle and annular wall sectors (71,73) extending on both sides of the an almost flat intermediate flange (69) towards the external circumference of the insulator. There is an elastic holder (65) fixed as one piece in the region between the two surfaces of the flange and the internal surfaces of the annular wall sectors. The holder has elongating sectors (65a,65b) extending out from the flange and wall sectors.
