Zusammenfassung:	The function generator uses a first-in-first-out memory (D1) in which support values for the generated functions are entered, the empty output (EF) of the memory coupled to its retransmit input (RT), so that each read-out end signal initiates a new read- out cycle. The signal outputs (Q1-Q8) of the memory provide periodic digital datawords representing the generated function, which can be fed to a D-type flip-flop (D2) providing a 9-bit digital sequence.
