Zusammenfassung:	The apparatus for removing constituents from an air stream (12) incorporates a housing (14) with at least one air inlet channel (16), and outlet channels (20, 22) respectively for take-out air (18) and cleaned air (24). The apparatus further has an adsorption unit in the form of a rotating hollow cylinder (28) with the air stream (12) passing through the cylinder wall. A heater unit (34) fixed relative to the housing (14) heats the section of the adsorption unit located currently in the heater zone together with the desorption air leaving through the outlet (20).
