Zusammenfassung: | The method of manufacture involves forming a PZT powder or PZT powder mixture as a cover layer on a substrate and is then dried and sintered. Means are used which contain or comprise an oxide mixture for continuously preventing lead oxide evaporation from the layer which is possible on sintering. The individual PZT particles of the powder or mixture are coated, before sintering, with the oxide means. The proportion of oxide in the coating is set to a max of 10 per cent of the mass of oxide in the particles. The coating material may be a lead oxide containing composition which melts below the sinter temperature of the PZT particles. |
