A changeover switch (6) either connects the driver side operating unit with the driver side adjusting unit or the co-driver side adjusting unit. The changeover switch circuit is manually connected by its unoperated condition with the driver side adjusting unit, and in its operated condition with the co-driver side adjusting unit, and automatically returns to it's original position after the expiry of a specified time.
