Zusammenfassung:	To produce slivers of natural and synthetic fibres, the slivers (F) taken from the comb heads (K) are combined and mixed with slivers (S) of synthetic fibres before entry into the main drafting zone of the drawing unit (4). Also claimed is a comber where slivers (S) of synthetic fibres are taken off (A) from cans (B) placed at the comber (1). The are carried by feeds (6) over the guide table (2), to be passed into the combined sliver together with the slivers (F) of natural fibres, such as cotton.
