Zusammenfassung:The method provides the volumetric ratio between two volumes, V1,V2, with the same leakage cross-section by successively filling each of the volumes with the same gas and measuring the gas pressure at the beginning (p10,p20) and the gas pressure at the end (p1(t1),p2(t2)) of a defined pressure reduction interval (t1,t2) for each volume. The measured initial and final pressure values for both volumes are inserted in a given equation for calculation of the volumetric ratio. The equation is: V1/V2 = t1/t2ln(p2(t2)/p20)'/ln(p1(t1)/p10).
