Zusammenfassung:	The clamping projection (4) and fixing bracket (2) are connected in one piece to the housing (1). The fixing bracket has a spring elastic design. The projection enables it to be spread out far enough from the housing that an opening is created with a width which corresponds to the diameter of the frame tube (6). Permanent deformation is avoided so that the housing can adapt to the external diameter of the frame tube using a cylindrical face (7).
