Zusammenfassung:The combustion process is conducted in a reactor with a circulating fluidised bed using pure oxygen. The flue-gas formed from the combustion is taken through a return line in which the solids are separated from it. The solids and flue-gas are cooled in heat exchangers (5,7) and sent back to the fluidised bed reactor (1). The process can be conducted with minimum oxygen excess. The cooled returned amount of flue-gas is such that a temperature of 1000 degrees C in the fluidised bed is not exceeded.
