Zusammenfassung:	The arrangement involves the ceramic hob (1) of the cooker which has an infrared heating unit (2) on top of which can be placed a cooking pot (3). An infrared temperature sensor (7) is placed above the surface. Its detection cone is directed to the direction of energy flow from the heated surfaces. The output of the sensor is fed as input to a microprocessor (12). The microprocessor compares the actual value with the stored values of temperature and adjusts the power stage (9) of the system.
