Zusammenfassung: | The method, with which a geostationary satellite is solely used with a known position, also at least three ground stations, located locally fixed on the earth surface. The earth stations determine the motion deviations of their station clocks related to the system time established by the signals of the satellites. Time marks with the transmission signal are transmitted by the satellites as well as the ground stations. In a navigation mobile station its position is determined by the transit time measurement. The clocks of the satellites and the ground stations run free and are not synchronised. |
