Zusammenfassung:	Co- and terpolymers based on alpha , beta -unsaturated compounds and alpha , beta -unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydrides are disclosed, as well as several processes for preparing the same and their use to improve the fluidity of mineral oils and mineral oil distillates. The disclosed co- and terpolymers contain: (A): -CH2-CH2- and (B), in which R and R are different and R stands for hydrogen or methyl and R for hydrogen, a COOR3 or -OOCR4 group; and 1-40 % by moles bivalent structural units (C) and optionally (D) and (E). The fusion viscosity of the co- and terpolymers at 140 DEG C (V140) equals 10 to 10,000 mPas.
