| Zusammenfassung: | The observation apparatus has an optical system to register images with a lens array (28) rotating continuously at a given speed round an axis (32), together with an image aperture. A polygon wheel (44) rotates at a second speed in the rotating image aperture. This gives constant deflection to the image aperture when it passes a polygon surface of the polygon wheel. During a defined observation time, a viewing sector is formed as a static image on the infra red matrix detector (90,92). |
