The mineral wool soundproof layer is surrounds a layer of air (5) so as to be spaced apart from the low temperature insulation. The casing is arranged on spacers (8,9) supported on the closed-cell layer of the low-temperature insulation and incorporates a further layer of air (7) so as to be spaced apart from the soundproof layer.
