R = 1-7C n-alkyl (optionally w-substituted by 4-10C cycloalkyl, phenyl, optionally partially hydrogenated heteroaryl etc.), optionally N-(alkyl- or phenylmethyl)-substituted 1-6C n-alkylamino (optionally w-substituted on the 1-6C alkyl by 4-10C cycloalkyl, phenyl, optionally partially hydrogenated heteroaryl etc.); X = O or H2; Z = CH2 or NR1; R1 = H, alkyl or phenylalkyl; R11 = H, 1-3C alkyl or benzyl; n = 0-2; m = 0-1; provided m and n are not both 0; R2 = phenyl, naphthyl, 1H-indol-3-yl (optionally 1-substituted by methyl, formyl or t-butoxycarbonyl), 4-imidazolyl, 1-methyl-4-imidazolyl, thienyl, 1H-indazol-3-yl, etc.; A = bond or NR8CHR9CO; R8 = H, alkyl or phenylalkyl; R9 = H or 1-5C alkyl (optionally w-substituted); R3 = H, 1-7C alkyl (optionally w-substituted by cycloalkyl, phenyl, pyridyl, diazinyl, OH, etc.); R4 = H or 1-3C alkyl (optionally substituted by phenyl or pyridyl); or NR3R4 = a cyclic group.
