Zusammenfassung: | In a method of storing semiconductor dosimeters, having semiconductor detectors for patient dosage measurement during gynaecological tumour treatment, the dosimeters are thermally stabilised at or near the patient body temperature during collection and storage before processing and during calibration. Also claimed is a semiconductor dosimeter storage apparatus, in which the semiconductor dosimeters and a reference probe are held in respective exchangeable stoppers at a certain distance from a radioactive source probe within a holder, the novelty being that the semiconductor dosimeters (11) and the reference probe are in thermal contact with a regulated heating element (18) while the stoppers (9) are held in the holder (1). Preferably the holder (1) is made of lauramide and is surrounded by a thermal insulation layer (20) of foamed polystyrene and a mechanical stabilisation layer (21) of PMMA or lauramide. |
