Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns a device for separating particles, in particular, moisture from a gas stream, having a first flow channel (4), which leads into at least one nozzle (18), which is fitted between a flow controlling component (8) in the first flow channel (4) and the interior wall (6) of the first flow channel (4), whereby the flow deflecting component (8), at least in the region of the nozzle, has a curved outer surface (16) on the flow side. In the direction of flow, behind the flow deflecting component (8), is a separating component (24) in which a second flow channel (26) is fitted, the opening (30) of which is arranged at a distance from the flow deflecting component (8) and directed thereto. The flow of gas through the nozzle (18) and round the flow deflecting component (8) enters into the second flow channel (26) whilst the particles that are to be separated hit an outer surface of the separating device (24). An inertial separator surface (20) is fitted in the path of the gas flow, and is provided with openings, in particular with slits (22) through which the separated particles pass.
