Zusammenfassung:The apparatus comprises a body (1), a striker (4) with a through central channel (5), the striker (4) positioned inside the body for performing reciprocal movement, a front chamber (7) formed between the body and the striker (4), a rear chamber (8) formed between the body and the striker (4). An air distribution system comprises channels (12,14) for the inlet of compressed air into the chambers (7,8) and channels (13,15) for the exhaust of spent air from the chambers, an air supply channel (17), e.g. at the rear, the air distribution system being provided autonomously for each of the chambers, i.e. with respective supply/exhaust channels. A.further supply channel can be provided at the front with, optionally, the rear supply channel blocked off.
