Zusammenfassung:	The device consists of a foot-type support element (9) which is movable in a support housing (1) and which by means of an incompressible medium is fixed in a relative position to it and which corresponds to the position of the predetermined gap. The support element is pretensioned in the disengaged direction. The support element engages in the support housing by means of piston rod (8), the piston (5) of which is sealed in a cylinder chamber (22) in the housing.
