Zusammenfassung:	The device is intended for a short wave station, and has a directional coupler. This feeds into a phase measuring branch comprising comparators and ring modulators. The device has a tunable matching network to match the antenna load resistance to the transmitter/receiver stage of the station. A microprocessor controls the matching of the network. The forward and return voltages measured from the directional coupler (1) on the transmitter output line (2) are respectively provided on two phase detectors (3,4). The phase detectors (3,4) are connected in parallel and are 90 degrees out of phase with each other. The output signals of the two phase detectors (3,4) and the forward and reverse voltages are fed to the microprocessor (5) to form the unequivocal phase difference between the voltages.
