Zusammenfassung:	The valve is for fuel sprayed by injectors into the engine combustion chamber. The fuel is cleaned by a filter, being extracted by a pump from a circuit fed from a storage tank. The valve keeps fuel pressure constant in the circuit before the injectors. The valve forms a spigot (7) screwed into the filter housing (1). Where the latter is cylindrical, the filter can screw into one end wall (2), while the other end wall (3) contains the inlet from the fuel tank. The valve can comprise an injection-moulded plastics body containing a working portion (11). Pressure from the fuel circuit acts against one side of this portion, and a back-pressure, typically generated by a spring, against the other side.
