Zusammenfassung:	The communicating and monitoring system has a central computer (2) and several mobile transmitter and receiver units (4) also several mobile computer units (3). These respectively communicate with data exchange directly or indirectly. The central computer and/or the computer units (3), have respectively a position detection unit for determining the actual position of the respectively assigned computer units (3) and/or the respectively assigned transmitter and receiver units. The computer units (3) also the transmitter and receiver units respectively trans it an individual identification signal, which respectively provides information regarding the actual and a unit identification. A digitised map of a determinable monitoring zone is stored inside the central computer, and inside the computer units (3), respectively at least a section of this map is stored. The computer units (3) and transmitter/receiver units are equipped with GPS antennas.
