Zusammenfassung: | The hardened work (24), previously rough-machined oversize, is clamped on to the driven workpiece spindle (24) of a grinder. Before using the rotary grindstone (36',36''), which is fed in at right angles to the work surface and oscillates parallel to it, a turning tool (36'' ', 36IV) is moved into the working position to replace it and rotated on an axis in line with that of the spindle or that of the work surface to be machined. This is fed forward in the axial direction towards the work. The drive rotating the spindle can be switched off during the turning operation. |
