Zusammenfassung:	Ion-selective, plasticiser-free mixtures (I) for coating field-effect transistors (ISFET), other planar ion-selective chemo-sensors or impedio-metric sensors contain a fluoro group-modified polysiloxane as the main component (A) and at least one electro-active additional component (B). Also claimed is a process for coating an ISFET, in which mixture (I) is made by dissolving the components in an organic solvent and centrifuging off undissolved solid, the solution obtained is coated onto the sensitive zone of the transistor and the mixture hardened.
